[You] may be interested in knowing that there is an ISO Standard for
making tea (ISO
3103).
You may also be interested that there are two fundamentally different
types of teas, brewed and infused. Brewed tea needs to be hit by
boiling water, it needs to scald the leaves to release the flavour,
whereas infused tea must never be made with boiling water.
Why you would be interested I have no idea, but for the sake of
completeness I thought I would mention it. Green Tea is infused, PG
tips, etc, are brewed. British Rail Tea uses fission.
